For the gastronomic evenings on Strada Turnului, we select a few dishes from our regular menu and reinterpret them in a gourmet style. We preserve the essence of each dish, but transform it through cooking techniques, flavor combinations, surprising textures, and carefully crafted plating.

We know that simple ingredients can become memorable experiences when treated with respect and creativity.
